Tourism Garden contributes to World Cleanup Day

On 20 September 2024, the Tourism Garden team participated in a coastal cleanup in Mosman, removing 11 kg of waste to promote environmental preservation. This effort aligns with the mission of one of their clients, Visit Monaco, a leader in sustainable tourism aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050. Other clients like Tokyo Tourism and Kyoto Tourism are also committed to destination stewardship. Tourism Garden’s Director, Alison Roberts-Brown, emphasized that “every day should be World Cleanup Day,” stressing the importance of collective action to combat the global waste crisis and align tourism development with conservation for the benefit of future generations.
